Non-exhibiting suppliers must register at the below rates. This policy has been implemented to uphold the integrity of the show and to prevent non-exhibiting suppliers from soliciting attendees without securing a booth.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA). Cancellations received by April 5, 2019 will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after April 5, 2019 or for no shows. Cancelled registrations may be transferred to individuals within the same company, upon written request, if received on or before April 5, 2019. Cancellations due to family or medical emergency must be submitted in writing by April 30, 2019. Cancellation refunds are processed via check regardless of orginial payment method. All refund checks are issued post convention by May 15, 2019. Refunds are mailed directly to the individual registrant using the address provided at the time of registration.
