T1: Rail Unloading Compressor with High Capacity and Deep Evacuation Capabilities

A modernized rail unloading compressor system from Corken that offers high capacity unloading and vapor recovery (25% faster than an FD891), a flexible unloading rate, and deep evacuation capabilities down to 0 psig. This presentation is an overview of the commercial and technical aspects of this system which allows the user to efficiently recover an additional 230 – 400 gallons from each rail car unloaded. This meets the stated needs of dozens of terminal operators with an ROI of about one year.

T2: Understanding Dispenser Pump Bypass Valve Adjustment

Improper bypass setting causes more field issues in propane dispensers than almost anything else. This presentation is to assist technicians in understanding the design, operation and proper adjustment of propane dispenser bypass valves. It covers the spring ranges typically used and the various stages of operating a bypass provides on a dispenser installation. It also gives guidance on the setting of a bypass valve in the system depending on various applications and pumps used (cylinder filling, motor fuel and Autogas).

T4: Tank Monitoring Installation, Logistics, and Maintenance: Expert Tips for Dispatchers and Service Technicians
